These terms are an agreement between you and Smith App Studio LLC, which operates Smith Health TV. By using this site or submitting an application, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

At present this site provides information about the network and accepts applications for a channel. Video hosting, channel pages, live streaming and advertising are described here as planned features and are not yet available.

Submitting an application does not create a channel, does not guarantee approval, and does not create any obligation on either side. Nothing on this site is an offer to contract.

You agree that the information in your application is true, that the credential you claim is one you hold, and that the licence you give us is current and yours. Misrepresenting a professional credential is the one thing that will get an application permanently refused.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit applications on behalf of someone who has not asked you to, scrape it, or use it to distribute malware. See our Acceptable Use policy for the full picture.

The text, design, logo and brand marks on this site belong to us. You may not reuse them to imply an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Smith App Studio LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
