For health brands

Reach an audience that trusts the presenter.

Attention on a health network is worth something different from attention on a feed — because the person on screen has a licence to lose.

Advertising on Smith Health TV takes the form of underwriting: brands support programming produced by credentialed professionals, and the support is declared openly.

The inventory does not exist yet. Channels are being onboarded first, because there is no honest way to sell against programming that has not been made. This page sets out the terms so that brands who want in early know exactly what they would be buying into.

Underwriting, not interruption

Sponsors support programming; they do not appear inside a clinician's explanation of a procedure. Placement sits around a broadcast, not spliced through it.

Disclosure is automatic

When a sponsor supports a video, the platform states it on screen. Neither the advertiser nor the channel can opt out of that, and it is not left to a description field.

No editorial influence

Advertisers do not review, approve, or shape clinical content. A channel that offered that would be removed, and an advertiser that requested it would be declined.

Categories are screened

Health advertising carries real risk of harm. Some categories are refused outright regardless of budget — see below.

Not for sale

Categories we refuse.

Listed plainly so nobody wastes a conversation.

  • Unproven treatments, devices or 'cures'
  • Supplement multi-level marketing
  • Prescription products sold direct to viewers
  • Cosmetic procedures targeted at minors
  • Anything positioned as a replacement for clinical care
  • Products under active regulatory action
