- What do you do with my licence number?
- We use it to confirm that your credential is real, current and in good standing with the issuing board. It is stored on your application record, it is never published, it never appears on your channel, and it is deliberately left out of the emails our system sends. Nobody outside the review process sees it.
- Who owns the videos I publish?
- You do. You keep full ownership and copyright of everything you create. We need a licence to host and distribute it on the network while your channel is open, and that licence ends when your channel does. If you leave, we give you your original files.
- Do I need studio equipment?
- No. A phone camera in a quiet room is genuinely enough, and it is how most channels start. The network handles hosting, encoding, branding, structure and distribution. What we can't supply is your expertise.
- Is this exclusive? Can I still post elsewhere?
- It is not exclusive. Publish the same material on your own site, on social platforms, anywhere you like. A channel here is meant to be the home your other posts point back to, not a cage.
- I'm not a physician. Can I still apply?
- Yes. The network is open to any licensed healthcare professional — dentists, podiatrists, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, therapists, psychologists, pharmacists, dietitians, physical and occupational therapists, clinical social workers and more — as well as to health organizations.
- What can't a channel publish?
- No individual medical advice — channels teach, they don't diagnose or prescribe for a named viewer. No unproven treatments or miracle cures. No supplement multi-level marketing. Anything sponsored must be disclosed on screen, and the platform handles that disclosure rather than leaving it to a description field.
- How much does it cost?
- Rates for the founding group are being finalised. Rather than publish a number we might have to change, we confirm it with you when your application is approved, and it stays locked for as long as you keep the channel. Applying is free and commits you to nothing.
- How long does review take?
- Usually about two weeks. A person reads every application and verifies your credential — there is no automated screening. If we need anything else from you, we email and ask rather than quietly declining.
- What if my application is declined?
- We'll tell you why. Most declines are about scope rather than credentials — someone wanting to publish outside what they're licensed to practise. If circumstances change, you're welcome to apply again.
- When do channels actually go live?
- Applications are open now and are being reviewed now. Channels open in waves as we onboard the founding group. If you're approved, that email starts the setup conversation and gives you a realistic date.
